Heart Break is the story of a broken heart. After being dumped by his girlfriend, a Boy suffers a heart attack and is taken to a hospital emergency room. Unconscious, suffering, and traumatized, the Boy fights for survival both in reality and in his nightmares: he is trapped in his ex-girlfriend's bedroom, forced to forever relive memories that now only cause him pain. Smash your way through the room to help the Boy escape, but don't forget to keep his heart beating! Gameplay Control your heart rate by pressing space at the rhythm of your heart beat. Successfully doing a 5 beat combo upgrades your player's "State" and weapon. Reach "State 4" and the magic unicorn to deal massive damage.
