This Global Game Jam Site is for all employees of Hyper Luminal Games as well as any Non-Employees that would like to take part as a member of a team containing at least one HLG employee. All HLG Employees can take part in the jam either in the office or remotely, with taking part in the office being encouraged if possible. All Non HLG Employees are required to take part Remotely.
At 6pm on Friday the 2nd of February, Everyone participating in the jam will meet in the linked jam discord and a presentation will be given going over how the jam works, any rules and safety announcements and finally the Keynote video and announcement of the theme. After the presentation everyone already in a team can begin brain storming and anyone not yet in a team will be helped to find each other and form up into teams.
The jam will take place over the next 48 hours. Finishing at 6pm on the Sunday.
On the Saturday Pizza will be provided and peoples preferences and dietary requirements will be collected before the jam begins.
On Sunday we will encourage all teams to start setting up their submission page around 3pm with the aim of submitting before 5pm. With the Jam finished, for 1 hour we will have a mini play party with everyone returning to the discord and as a group play through all the submitted games.

6pm-9pm Friday
9am-6pm Saturday
9am-5pm Sunday
However if people wish they are free to continue to work on their game at home after the site is closed each day. Though we would like to encourage a healthy approach to the Jam, so we would advise against staying up too late and make sure to get enough sleep each day.
