Healthy Coping Mechanisms is a tongue-in-cheek discord community built to support and encourage work-life balance and healthy game development environments. We aim to promote good personal work habits while providing a fun and friendly community of incredible artists, developers, musicians, and more.
We were originally a community of friends that went to university together, but have expanded to include dozens of creators from all over the country.
We are all linked by our friendship to Delton, the site admin, discord mod, and terrific human.
