Jam Site Description:
We have been running GGJ since its beginning in 2009.
Participation in our site is free and open to everybody.
Our 2023 Global Game Jam will hopefully be in-person with the option to participate virtually.
To attend the Jam you need to be 18 years of age or older. If you are 16-18, you may join with permission from your guardian. Younger participants need to be accompanied by their guardians.
The in-person event will start on Friday, Feb 3rd, 5pm, at Carleton University. Virtual participants can join through our Discord server. Detailed instructions will be provided to the Jammers
The theme will be publicly announced by GlobalGameJam.org on Jan 28th. But we encourage everyone to start the work on Feb 3rd after our opening social event.
