- Respect Everybody. We're all here to enjoy Global Game Jam and share both our games and experiences so lets make this a wonderful environment for that!
- Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated. Global Game Jam is a worldwide event, this means we have many people of different cultures and identifications. Lets make sure we treat everybody equally!
- No NSFW Content. Lets ensure that the server says clean and tidy! - Do not Impersonate Staff. Impersonation of a staff member of GGJ is very very bad, and could get you into a lot of trouble so... Don't.
- Make Everyone Welcome! Global Game Jam has both experienced developers, and also gets new people interested in making games! So lets make sure everyone feels welcome.
- No Spoiling The Theme! One of the most important part of making Global Game Jam so amazing is the theme at which you will make your games! Please don't talk about the theme in anyway until after its revealed to the Hawaii site! (We will make an announcement when you can talk about the current years theme!)
-Do not Advertise other discord servers without Permission Its always nice to invite people to your server, but advertisement well... Its kind of rude. So asking for permission before doing it would be very appreciated, just ask a mod and I'm sure you'll be just fine. Its also for the sake of making sure the discord server is appropriate!
- Do not Harass Server Members on the Server or in PMS! There should be no valid reason for a person to directly harass another member in any way, shape or form. So, please don't do that!
