(Un)rooted

In (Un)rooted, you play as Sid, a small spawn of a Cosmic Tree that has been invaded by a predator bug race. Your mission is to purge all bugs from the surface of the Cosmic Tree to help it heal completely. To do that, Sid can plant itself in the ground and harness the power of the tree to become badass and shoot its enemies. It can't move while it's planted, and there are also power ups that Sid can find that go away once it unroots, so the player must carefully choose where and when to plant. The game has the following features: - Action gameplay with a little depth - 3d polished graphics - Adaptive music The source code can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/Fanny-Pack-Studios/team-achura-ggj2023 Also used a bunch of blender, inkscape, substance painter 3d. Very important tools.

Installation Instructions: 

Windows: Download the Zip file. Uncompress and then run the executable. If smart screen doesn't allow to run, click in advanced options to be able to run it anyway

Linux: Download the Zip file. Uncompress, change permissions to the executable and run it.
