Jam Site Description:

This site is hosted by the Quinnipiac Game Design and Development program. We've been a Global Game Jam site for over seven years running.

All are welcome! Especially those interested in game development in CT, New England, or the tri-state area. We ❤ beginners.

Our priorites are:

  1. Creating a welcoming and supportive environment,
  2. Facilitating collaboration and teamwork,
  3. Making new connections,
  4. And having fun!

We will kick things off at 5pm on Wednesday 1/27/21 for the initial reveal via Zoom (link here). The rest of the jam usually runs organically depending on the groups that form.

We're also planning some collaboration and opportunities to share with other GGJ sites in CT. We'll be using GameDev CT's Discord server to communicate during the jam.

We'll reconvene at Sunday at 3pm and have some low-key informal presentations where teams share what they've created and celebrate each others creations.
