Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment (Hardware, software, sound equipment, paper and pens, ect) but some computers and some supplies will be available on-site (please see available tools & tech section for more info).
Jammers will have access to the site from 4pm on Friday to 7pm on Sunday, however we will be closing the site this year between 12am and 7am to encourage participants to get some rest. Your equipment can be stored in the labs where they will be locked in and monitored by security during that time, but note that we are not liable for your equipment even during this time.
There is a no food policy in the computer labs with the exception of drinks in closed bottles/containers, but there is space to eat just outside. Access to food on-site will be limited over the weekend, but we are just a short drive away from amenities.
Parking is free on the weekend, however you may need to pay $2 to park on Friday afternoon. It is recommended that you park in lot F as it is the closest available parking to the event. See map: https://lethbridgecollege.ca/sites/default/files/sites/default/files/map...
The event will start at 5pm SHARP. It is recommended that you arrive by 4pm if you have equipment or 4:30pm if not as we will not be waiting to view the keynote. If you require assistance to carry your equipment when you arrive, please text 403.393.0377 and we will send someone out to you.
