Notes:
Only those who have pre-registered here will be allowed to enter the CIIT GGJ Site. Kindly bring an ID with you. Payments can be done on-site (Php 200) or via electronic transfer (Php 150). Details will be emailed to the registrants.
The building has a limited parking at the basement that can accomodate a few vehicles. Please go to the venue early to have a parking space.
The site will be open at 3pm and the Jam will start at 5pm on January 31, 2020.
The site will implement a curfew each day starting 9:00 PM up to 6:00 AM. It is advised for the jammers to get their food before the said curfew hours. Deliveries are fine.
Jammers who will leave the site are not allowed to work at their home. This is to avoid absenteism of Jammers during the succeeding days, and to provide fairness to other Jammers.
Instant coffee and small snacks will be provided at the venue.
A canteen is available on the site on the 7th floor at 11am-2pm on Saturday. Cafe on the 3rd floor is available on Friday 3pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm.
Jammers are required to bring their own personal computers, laptops and extension cords. WiFi passwords will be distributed upon checking in on the venue.
For people who will bring their desktop computers, please also bring a WiFi dongle.
Jammers are encouraged to bring sleeping kits (pillows, mats, blankets). In addition to this, jammers are encouraged to bring jackets and/or sweaters.
Despite staying overnight, jammers are required to dress up according to the dress code of CIIT. No sleeveless or sandos, ripped jeans, short shorts, crocs/slip-on sandals and slip on slippers is allowed. No off-shoulder tops, spaghetti straps, tube tops, ripped jeans, plunging neckline, short shorts, short skirts, and crocs/slip on sandals/slippers is allowed for women.
CIIT is a smoking-free and alcohol-free area. Use of related equipment and/or substances is not allowed on and nearby the site premise.
