You take the role of the old IT wizard of a company where employees bash away on their computers until the Absolutely Sufficient and Very Very Expensive systems eventually break.
It's your job to JUST FIX IT (tm). When a user encounters an error, they get frustrated.
If the error doesn't get fixed r̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶a̶b̶s̶o̶l̶u̶t̶e̶l̶y̶ ̶n̶o̶w̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶y̶e̶s̶t̶e̶r̶d̶a̶y̶ ̶w̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶w̶e̶ ̶p̶a̶y̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶f̶o̶r in time, the user starts trying to fix their computer by themselves.
It never ends well, and the damages get taken out of the IT department's budget.
Oh, and the servers run on Perfectly Sufficient stock cooling, so they're gonna catch fire. But hey, it's fine! That's what they're paying you to handle, right?
