Paint Over!

Paint Over! is a local VR multiplayer game for two or more players (Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest and OpenVR supported). You can also play it without VR headset, however! The goal of the game is to restore a painting to its original state by listening carefully to the instructions in the hands of your (trusted?) colleagues. One player takes on the role of restorer and attempts to restore a painting to its correct colors by painting over it. You don't know which colors these are however, which is why you need to communicate with the other player, who takes on the role of expert. The expert consults the painting catalogue (external website: http://paintover.org) to identify what colors actually need to change. The restorer communicates the subject and shapes of the painting, the expert then matches the verbal description to the right painting, and then communicates what color each element in the painting is supposed to be. The restorer then corrects any errors, all within the time limit!
