Only those who have pre-registered here will be allowed to enter the CIIT GGJ Site. Kindly bring an ID with you.
The building has a free parking at the basement that can accomodate a few vehicles.
The site will be open at 3pm and the Jam will start at 5pm on January 25, 2019. The site will implement a curfew each day starting 10pm up to 6am. It is advised for the jammers to get their food before the said curfew hours.
Jammers who will leave the site are not allowed to work at their home. This is to avoid disapperance of Jammers during the second day, and to provide fairness to other Jammers.
Meals will be provided on site on Saturday. Canteen is available on the site on the 7th floor at 11am-2pm on Saturday. Cafe on the 3rd floor is available on Friday 3pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm.
Jammers are required to bring their own personal computers and extension cords. WiFi passwords will be distributed upon checking in on the venue.
Jammers are encouraged to bring sleeping kits (pillows, mats, blankets). The rooms that will be provided for the jam will be airconditioned so you might as well bring jackets and/or sweater. Alternatively, jammers can sleep at the building's Gym with fan cooling.
CIIT is a smoking-free and alcohol-free area. Use of related equipment and/or substances is not allowed on and nearby the site premise.
