This game was Kaira Allen's, Jacob Jury's, and Jamie Lewis' first game jam project and was Jacob Jury's and Jamie Lewis' first full game! Home to us was were our loved ones came home to and where safety was important and something that we actively pursued. The final builds UI and text elements are not what they looked like in preview build in Unity. We are still really proud of our work and accomplishments! We all learned a great deal, and are thankful for Louisville Makes Games for hosting and helping, and the GGJ organizers for organizing!
Jam year:
MS Windows, Mac OS X
Tools and Technologies:
Unity (any product)
Technology Notes:
Art done in Illustrator and music made in Ableton.
Installation Instructions:

Build the source files in the Unity editor at 1024 X 768 using Unity 2018.2.18f1, or launch the exicutables attatched.

For MacOS – you can downlaod the executable under Executable.

For Windows – please go to the google drive folder linked to in "Download Link", and download the executable for Windows and launch.

Building in the Unity Editor will result in the correct UI and text placement, but for some reason the audio isn't managed correctly (only plays main theme).

Running the exicutable will result in incorrect UI and text placement, but the audio is managed partially correctly (main theme plays and win and loss music plays when you win or loose, but the main theme doesn't start back up when you go to the main menu or play again).
