Patient Zero

Patient Zero is a zombie game with a twist... You are the zombie. Your goal is to transmit the Z virus to the humans roaming the city without being caught. But wait... there's another twist... you're blind... You must use echolocation in order to navigate your surroundings, and infect your prey. The humans will notice you if you are being too obvious. Will you be able to satiate your hunger or will you inadvertently save the world from the apocalypse?!
