Greetings all! First, if you're joining us, note that GGJ is not at the usual location on campus, we're hosting it in the new Engineering and Computer Science building on the south side of campus. Parking is available in lots at around $8/day, but there is some street parking that's walkable within 3-4 city blocks. Don't park illegally around here, it's strictly enfoced!
We will begin at 5pm on Friday and end around 5pm, come ready to make games! You can show up early if you want to start getting set up, but note that there are still classes going on, so try not to make too much noise (until things get started!).
Note, the Keynote/Theme will be presented in Room 510 (at the top of the building)--mainly because that's the room that will hold us all. Final presentations will also be there.
Otherwise, all jamming will take place on the bottom floor. The south-side door into the Innovation Space will be open during daylight hours, but will lock automatically at night. Please enter and exit there. The north door (which is level 2 of the building) will generally be locked all weekend. There is plenty of space on the bottom floor (level 1). Also note, we will have access to all the space on the west side of the building, but the closed doors on level 1 towards the east side lead to research areas. Please do not venture in there and disturb the good folk working there!
Finally, we have a slack channel for communication. Details will be sent out to signed up jammers!
