For those coming in from out of town:
I want to stress that security is not provided at this jam site. The building we are using is not open 24 hours a day and we cannot leave any machines in the building when it closes at 3AM. This means that you will need a place and way to take any belongings, including computers, with you when the building closes. These are building rules unfortunately, and there is nothing we can do to waive them. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
Secondly, free parking is scarce and we cannot guarantee you will be able to find it. Please, be prepared to pay for parking. The nearest garage on campus to the jam site is the Brazos Garage, off of MLK south of the university. You can also park on the street near campus. Please find information about fees so you can plan accordingly. If you are planning on staying with someone for the length of the jam or in a hotel it may be more economical to take the city bus.
