Jam Site Description:
We are going to stagger our event to accommodate those of you who may be working on Friday. We will start to invite participants around 5pm, and we will likely gather until around 6:30, at which time we will meet and greet, check out the keynote address, and do a few small activities to get us all in the right headspace and help develop potential teams. At around 8, we will announce the theme and the clock will start ticking.
This is subject to change slightly, but it is how we handled it in 2014, and it worked very well.
