Jam Site Description: 

The George Mason University Global Game Jam Site is being run by GMU GADIG and GMU IGDA. We wish to facilitate an environment that will promote teamwork, social networking, and the development of each participant's individual skills to create great games. But most importantly, making sure that all involved have fun.

5:00 - 5:30: Matthew RItter - Narrative Designer at Telltale and Freelance writer

5:30 - 6:00: Frank Washburn - Design and QA at Harmonix

6:00 - 6:30: Announcements and Keynote (Research Hall 163)

6:30 - 7:00: Reveal of Theme and Brainstorming (Research Hall 163)

7:00 - 8:00: Game Pitch Presentations (Research Hall 163)

8:00 - ?: JAM! (Wherever)

Day 2 - Jam

11:00 - Deadline to create user profile and game pages

Day 3 - Outro

4:00 - Deadline to upload games to GGJ Server (Art and Design Room 2001)

4:00 - 4:30: Presentations (Art and Design Room 2001)

4:30 - 5:00: Playing other teams' games (Art and Design Room 2001)

 

Food Options: 
Access to coffee/beverages and food in close vicinity.
Available Tools or Technology: 
Power strips, Printers, Desk space, and Computers with Unity and Unreal Engine preloaded will be available for use.
