The goal of Vantage Point is to reach the exit of the map without getting seen.
You must communicate with your teammates in order to avoid enemies, find keys, uncover areas of the map, and reach the exit.
Infiltrator:
You start in an empty room. You must find the exit with the aid of the Navigator's information.
Ask the Navigator where the nearest map blueprint or keycard is. These will unlock access to other areas of the level.
Before entering a room, ask the Navigator about any enemies in there. If you are spotted, it is very unlikely you will survive.
Keep the Navigator informed of where any doors are. The navigator can see a map of your area, but does not know where the doors are.
If you see a security panel with a list of ID numbers on the wall, let the Navigator know.
You can use this panel to trigger alarms in the area and distract enemies.
The Navigator will tell you which is the best option to pick
Navigator:
Once a connection is established, you should see a map of the area.
The green icon is the Infiltrator. you must guide them through the level without letting them get seen
Red icons are enemies. Avoid being seen by them at all costs.
There are map blueprints and keycards in the level. Guide the Infiltrator towards them to unlock other areas of the map.
You do not know where any doors in the level are. You must ask the Infiltrator for this information
If they tell you a door is locked, you must direct them towards a keycard
The grey icons with letters & numbers are alarms.
The Infiltrator can set off alarms dleiberately in order to distract enemies to another point in the map.
To do this they must find a security panel somewhere in the level. You do not know where these are.
On the panel, they will see a list of IDs.
The Infiltrator does not know which ID corresponds to which alarm, so you must pick the most suitable one for them.
Beware, enemies can still spot the Infiltrator on their way to the alarm, so tell them to hide!
